300,000 sqm of Mirafiori plant surface are purchased by Regione Piemonte, Comune di Torino and Provincia di Torino and assigned to TNE-Torino Nuova Economia (participated by the three mentioned local authorities and Fiat Auto – 10%). Part of this area is reconverted into the headquarters of the Design Centre of Politecnico di Torino, designed by Isolarchitetti.
