Urban Commons

On 2nd December the City Council approves the urban commons regulation: “The nearby flowerbed, the community garden, the square, the school yard, an abandoned place, but also intangible assets can be urban commons. They become so when the citizens and public administration recognize and take care of them, making sure they are suitably managed and regenerated. The essential principles for the governance of urban commons are sustainability, shared care and participation in the decision-making process”.
