Former industrial area to be redeveloped with the creation of a new multifunctional hub for innovation, research and development. In 2017 Nova Coop purchased a portion of the area to develop a multifunctional center, where commercial activities and services for individuals and businesses will be located.
The next phase of the transformation of this area is represented by the Sustainable Mobility and Manufacturing Hub, a vocational training center capable of meeting the needs of companies operating according to the principles of “Industry 4.0”, which the Politecnico di Torino will establish in the UMI A3-Competence lot purchased in July 2022.
