It envisages its renovation with possible conversion of the existing buildings in order to carry out activities for production and production services. Current state of construction work:
• 2017 Tecnocad Progetti Spa, after having renovated the former style center lot, opened its new headquarters, an area of 22,000 sqm completely renovated with over 4,000 sqm for engineering area and 6,000 sqm as a warehouse with laboratories, prototyping laboratories and workshops mechanical.
• 2020 Amper-Auto, a company operating in the electronic components sector for the automotive and nautical sectors, purchased the former Engineering lot and started the renovation of the building to be used as a new company headquarter.
